La Arboteca
La Arboteca is a design study for a library developed from a modular system, starting with the minimum spatial requirements of bookshelves and study areas. From these dimensions, a structural unit was defined, and its repetition generated the overall floor plan and program distribution.

The layout places bookshelves at the core of the building, protecting them from direct exposure, while study areas are positioned along the perimeter to benefit from natural light. This arrangement creates a functional balance, optimizing environmental conditions while reinforcing the library’s role as both a space for preservation and learning
